Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, sales, or new collection launches.

Return & Exchange Policy

At RBK Darling Adorn , we want you to love every piece you purchase from us! If something doesn't work out, we're here to help make it right.

In-Store Purchases: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for store credit or exchange only.

Online Purchases: Returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange only.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any other stains/scents.

• Original tags must be fully attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To ensure health and safety standards and maintain inventory freshness, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit:

• Sale and clearance items

• Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

How to Process a Return

In-Store Returns: Simply bring your item(s) along with your original receipt or order confirmation to our store during normal business hours.

Online / Mail-In Returns:

1. Email us at RBK Darling Adorn with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Once approved, pack your item(s) securely and mail them back to:

3. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Store Credit & Exchanges.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card/code sent to your email within 3–5 business days.

• Store credit never expires and can be used both online and in-store.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every item before it leaves our shop, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at rbkdarlingadorn@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the defect so we can issue a replacement or store credit..
